Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be entitled to a full/partial refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refunds

After receiving your refund request and considering if your request is eligible for a full/partial refund, we will process your request. Please allow at least 3 working days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Kadali does not offer refunds for events unless we cancel or are unable to deliver for any reason, in which case we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund.

Kadali will not be liable in any way if an event you have booked is abandoned after more than half of it has taken place due to factors beyond Kadali's reasonable control. If an event is canceled or abandoned before half of it has taken place, refunds will be for the face value of the ticket only.

Kadali does not provide refunds on video sales once links to such videos have been provided. If the link provided is no longer working, it may be that the video is no longer available due to reasons beyond our control.

Some refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis but may be subject to an administration fee.
